THE BATTERY BANK HISTORY

The Battery Bank was established in 1977 to service the

battery needs of the independent retailer.  We continue to

be owned by the same family and are now a proud

second generation woman owned distribution house

specializing in all aspects of the battery industry.  We are especially

focused on servicing the needs of the hotel and resort markets

as well as government and municipal agencies.

As the battery industry has evolved, The Battery Bank

has continued to remain on the cutting edge of both battery

chemistries and technologies. In 1995, we began in house

assembly work for a variety of applications including

key-less entry systems, electronic test equipment, safes,

emergency lighting and medical equipment.  In 1997, we introduced

our very first web site that focused on all aspects on the

video market and related accessories.  At the start

of the 2000's we added ancillary products including lighting,

replacement bulbs and remote controls to our lineup. 

Starting in 2005, we added new micro web sites focusing

on a variety of specialty batteries as well as

continuously improving and updating our original site.

As we enter our 48th year in business, The Battery Bank

continues to provide large and small end users as well as our

valued resellers, with fresh product and outstanding service.
