The Battery Bank does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) outside of the company under any circumstances.

Within The Battery Bank we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with services. Any third-party companies we must use to provide you with services are required to keep your information secure and confidential.
The Battery Bank Return Policy
An RMA number is required for all returns and warranties. RMA numbers for a return or refund must be requested within 90 days of the invoice date.
You may request an RMA by calling (800) 229-9449.
All returns must be 100% complete with the original packaging.
Returns must be completed within 15 days of the date the RMA number was issued. A 15% restocking fee applies to orders returned due to no fault of The Battery Bank.
Customers are responsible for freight on all returns and exchanges. Credits will be done as soon as our return dept. processes your return. Please allow 30 days from the date your return for your credit to be issued.
